Brand new renovations completed in Dec. 2020 : updated wood flooring throughout, installation of flagstone walkway from patio to pier, ramps installed, new firepit, pier repainted and stained, power was installed and a new green light  fish attractor was installed at the end of the pier. House Rules

  • Check-in time: 4:00pm

  • Check-out time: 10:00am

  • Self check-in with smart lock

  • No pets, sorry - we have family members that are highly allergic

  • Only registered guests may be on property

  • Must climb stairs –1 step to get into the house, 2-3 steps to get down from the back porch to the back yard

  • Surveillance or recording devices – Ring doorbell on both front and back doors

  • Security Deposit – you may be charged up to $500 for any damage or breaking of house rules

  • You will be asked to leave if you or anyone in your party is found to be in violation of house rules and no refund will be given
  • Quiet Hours: 11pm - 8am
