Whitetail Manor is a natural light-filled, newly renovated and beautifully decorated, 3,100 sq. foot home. Whitetail Cottage is a detached 600 sq. foot studio, also newly renovated. Together, these make the ideal property for larger groups!

 

Located on 2 acres down a country road in the heart of Cedar Park, TX, right around the corner from shopping, restaurants, theaters...location can’t be beat! It has the peace and serenity of country but with all the city perks.

 

Resort style outdoor living and entertaining spaces await you and your guests. Welcome the morning listening to the waterfall poolside  as you watch the sun rise or watch our stunning sunsets on the spacious front porch.  Just want to relax fireside and enjoy catching up with family and friends? Whitetail Manor has it all. 

 

Along with all the pool has to offer, the children in your group will love the expansive and dreamy tree fort which has a climbing rope, saucer swing, and a sitting area.   There is so much to enjoy for everyone!

  • Only registered guests may be on property

  • Must climb stairs –2-3 steps to get into the house, stairs between floors, 2-3 steps around the swimming pool

  • Surveillance or recording devices – Ring doorbell on both front and back doors &  garage

  • Security Deposit – you may be charged up to $800 for any damage or breaking of house rules

  • You will be asked to leave if you or anyone in your party is found to be in violation of house rules and no refund will be given
  • You agree to a limited liability waiver
